COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson Electric C6C34FK87B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beckhoff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the BM3569 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AM30410h410000 manufactured by Beckhoff and we are pleased to be able to service most Beckhoff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B202B21B2 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo Brand ARC20C01G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Geartek such as C115R5B equipment made by Geartek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Geartek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Geartek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B0054DLF2AYH made by Toshiba as well as the popular BZ262982 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BE233FJKPSN by Parker and C115R5B spares by Geartek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B0014FLF2AMH03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
